Wind Release Sign Brackets that have not been used or installed.

2. Custom Printed Signs

Please note that custom printed signs are unique and specifically designed to meet your individual requirements. Due to their personalized nature, custom printed signs are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review and approve all artwork proofs before production to ensure accuracy.

3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible Wind Release Sign Brackets. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return for an eligible Wind Release Sign Bracket, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@lightpolesigns.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

b. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

c. Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.

d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team at your expense. 

5. Return Condition

To be eligible for a refund, the returned Wind Release Sign Bracket must meet the following criteria:

The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

The product must be in new and unused condition.

All accessories and documentation that came with the product must be included.

6. Inspection and Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Restocking Fee

Please note that a restocking fee of 20% may apply to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing the return.
