Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after your payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Methods:

FedEx Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

FedEx Standard Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Freight Shipments, large orders and large signs often ship freight. Estimated delivery time varies with different carriers. Averages 3-10 days.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Handling Damaged Items

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally items may be damaged during transit. Here’s what to do if your order arrives with damaged items:

Inspect Your Package: When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage, such as dented boxes, tears, or punctures. If you notice any damage to the package, please make a note of it with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Document Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents, including the damaged items themselves. These photos will be helpful for our claims process.

Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving your order. You can reach us at sales@lightpolesigns.com. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the photos, videos, etc. that you took.

Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the necessary information and documentation, we will work quickly to resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement for the damaged items or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Freight Shipments: When your order arrives inspect it closely. Review the Bill of Laden / Packing List. Do not sign off on the drivers documentation without inspecting the shipment. Notify the driver immediately if any contents are missing and document all damage with photos and videos and notations on the freight company documents. Get the driver to acknowledge the damage and sign the document  and make a copy for your records. Claims may Include but are not limited to damaged boxes, missing items, pallet damage, dents, holes, etc. If you sign off without an inspection and you do not notify the driver, the claims process will be difficult after the fact and you may not be covered and your claim may be denied.

Please note that some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
